The application enables authorized healthcare professionals to record, monitor, synchronize, and report daily clinical activities and healthcare services in real time.
The application supports designation-based workflows and dynamically displays activity forms according to the user’s official designation, such as Anaesthetist, Gynaecologist, General Physician, General Surgeon, and other authorized healthcare professional categories.
This ensures accurate role-based activity reporting and healthcare service monitoring.
SAKSHAM-D is developed for official healthcare administration under the Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The application is provided free of cost and is not intended for commercial use.
